Hickory Construction Company is seeking subcontractors for the following divisions of work: Div. 2 – Selective structure demolition; Div. 3 – Cast-In-Place Concrete; ; Div. 5 – Metals; Div. 6 – Carpentry and Architectural Wood Casework; Div. 7 – Thermal & Moisture Protection; Div. 8 – Doors; Div. 9 – Finishes; Div. 10 – Specialties; Div. 12 – Quartz Agglomerate Countertops; Div. 22 – Plumbing; Div. 23 – Mechanical; Div. 26 – Electrical;
The project consist of selective structure demolition, site work and renovation of a 17,700 SF one-story; clubhouse / community center previously occupied and improved medical office building.
