The City of Asheville’s ART service (Asheville Redefines Transit) is proposing a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal of 10% for federally funded projects for Federal Fiscal Years 2014-2016.

The methodology and a description of the goal is available for public inspection for 30 days following the date of this notice, at www.ashevillenc.gov/Departments/Transit/PoliciesPrograms.aspx, or at City Hall in the City of Asheville Transportation Department offices, 70 Court Plaza from 8:30 AM through 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, holidays excluded.  Comments on the goals will be accepted for 45 days from today and should be addressed to the City of Asheville, Transportation Department offices, 70 Court Plaza, Asheville, NC 28801 or e-mail [email protected], or call (828) 232-4522.
